■ 第1条｜目的 / Purpose

本規約は、「The Good Place Garden」（以下「本施設」）の利用条件を定めるものです。

本施設は、静かな環境での少人数利用（撮影、ワークショップ、集まり等）を前提とした貸切スペースです。

These Terms outline the conditions for use of “The Good Place Garden” (the “Facility”).
The Facility is intended for small, quiet, and respectful use.

■ 第2条｜料金および支払い / Payment

ご予約確定には、合計金額の50%の前払いが必要です。
残額は利用日の14日前までにお支払いください。

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days prior to the booking date.

■ 第3条｜料金および利用時間 / Pricing & Hours

午前（7:00〜12:00）：60,000円（定額）
午後（12:00〜19:00）：60,000円（3時間まで）以降 20,000円／時間
終日（7:00〜19:00）：120,000円

すべての利用は19:00までとし、撤収は19:15までに完了してください。

Morning (7:00–12:00): ¥60,000 flat
Afternoon (12:00–19:00): from ¥60,000 (up to 3 hours), then ¥20,000/hour
Full day (7:00–19:00): ¥120,000

All usage must end by 19:00, with cleanup completed by 19:15.

■ 第4条｜キャンセルポリシー / Cancellation Policy

30日前まで：全額返金（手数料除く）
30〜15日前：50%返金
15〜7日前：30%返金
7日前以降：返金不可

■ English
30+ days: full refund (excluding fees)
30–15 days: 50% refund
15–7 days: 30% refund
Within 7 days: non-refundable

■ 天候特例 / Weather Exception

当日9:00時点で雨予報の場合、イベント料金分は全額返金または1回の延期が可能です。

If rain is forecast at 9:00 on the event day, the event portion will be fully refunded or rescheduled once.

■ 第5条｜利用条件 / Usage

本施設は貸切・セルフ運営での利用となります。
利用人数は約10名までとし、それ以上の場合は事前相談が必要です。

駐車場には限りがあります。

The Facility is provided as a private, self-managed rental.
Up to approximately 10 guests. Larger groups require prior approval.

Parking is limited.

■ 第6条｜利用ルール / Rules

本施設は静かな環境での利用を前提としており、大音量での音出しや近隣に迷惑となる行為は禁止しております。

ペットは屋外に限り同伴可能です。リードなしでの利用も可能ですが、管理および安全確保は飼い主の責任で行ってください。フェンスは脱走防止仕様ではありません。

花火、爆音、夜間のイベントは禁止されています。火気の使用は指定エリアに限ります。

ご利用に伴い発生したゴミは原則としてお持ち帰りください。

The Facility is intended for quiet use, and loud sound or behavior that may disturb neighbors is not permitted.

Pets are allowed outdoors only. Off-leash use is permitted, but owners are fully responsible. The fence is not escape-proof.

Fireworks, loud sound, and nighttime events are not permitted. Fire use is restricted to designated areas.

All waste must be taken home after use.

■ 第7条｜商用利用 / Commercial Use

撮影、販売、プロモーション等の商用利用は事前申請が必要です。

主催者は以下のいずれかを満たす必要があります：
① イベント賠償責任保険への加入
② 免責同意書への署名

確認できない場合、利用はできません。

Commercial use (shoots, promotions, sales) requires prior approval.

Organizers must either:
① provide event liability insurance, or
② sign a liability agreement

Commercial use will not be permitted without either.

■ 第8条｜責任および免責 / Liability

利用中に発生した事故、怪我、盗難、機材破損、ペットによるトラブル等はすべて利用者の責任とします。

利用者は、安全確認および管理を自己責任で行うものとします。

ただし、本施設の重大な過失または故意による場合を除き、当施設は一切の責任を負いません。

近隣からの苦情や規約違反があった場合、利用を即時中止することがあります。その場合の返金は行いません。

All incidents, injuries, theft, equipment damage, and pet-related issues are the responsibility of the user.

Users are responsible for their own safety and management.

The Facility shall not be held liable except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Use may be terminated immediately without refund in case of complaints or violations.

■ 第9条｜法令および準拠法 / Legal

本規約は日本法に準拠します。
紛争は千葉地方裁判所を専属管轄とします。

These Terms are governed by Japanese law.
The Chiba District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

■ 第10条｜同意 / Agreement

予約およびお支払いの完了をもって、本規約およびキャンセルポリシーに同意したものとみなします。

By completing the booking and payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and cancellation policy.
