1. 予約・支払い / Booking & Payment

ご予約確定時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
宿泊料金はクレジットカードによる事前決済のみ対応しております。

予約は公式サイトまたはAirbnbを通じて行われます。

2. キャンセルポリシー / Cancellation Policy

チェックイン5日前までのキャンセル：全額返金
チェックイン5日以内のキャンセル：一部返金

※各予約サイトの規定が優先される場合があります

3. チェックイン・チェックアウト / Check-in & Check-out

チェックイン：15:00以降
チェックアウト：11:00まで

アーリーチェックイン・レイトチェックアウトは事前承認が必要です（追加料金あり）

Early check-in / late check-out require prior approval and may incur additional fees.

4. 滞在ルール / House Rules

当施設は静かな滞在を前提としたプライベートヴィラです。
騒音・迷惑行為は禁止されています。

騒音ポリシー：

• 騒音に対して注意を行います

• 2回目の注意後も改善が見られない場合、即時退去していただきます

• その場合、宿泊料金の返金は一切行いません

• 近隣からの苦情も注意としてカウントされます

This property is intended for quiet stays. Noise and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.

Noise Policy:

• A warning will be issued for noise violations

• After a second warning, guests will be required to leave immediately

• No refunds will be provided in such cases

• Complaints from neighbors count as formal warnings

5. 設備利用 / Use of Facilities

火の使用（ファイヤーピット等）は指定エリアのみ可能です。
火の取り扱いは全て自己責任で行ってください。

設備・備品の破損・紛失があった場合、実費請求となります。

Fire (including fire pit) may only be used in designated areas.
All use of fire is at your own risk.

Any damage or loss of property will be charged at full cost.

6. ペットに関する規約 / Dogs

犬の同伴は可能です（1〜2頭推奨）。
庭はフェンス付きですが、完全な脱走防止ではありません。

ペットによる事故・怪我・トラブルについて、当施設は一切責任を負いません。

家具使用時は必ず備え付けのブランケットをご使用ください。
汚損・破損があった場合は修繕費を請求いたします。

Dogs are allowed (1–2 recommended).
The garden is fenced but not escape-proof.

The property is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or incidents involving pets.

Dog blankets must be used on furniture.
Any damage or contamination will be charged.

7. 禁止事項 / Prohibited Actions

以下の行為は禁止します：

• 室内での喫煙

• パーティー・騒音行為

• 無断での商用利用・撮影

8. 商用利用 / Commercial Use

撮影・イベント・商用利用は事前申請が必要です。
内容によっては利用をお断りする場合があります。

9. ゴミ・清掃 / Trash & Cleaning

ゴミは分別の上、指定場所へ廃棄してください。
詳細はハウスマニュアルをご確認ください。

10. 免責事項 / Liability

滞在中の事故・怪我・盗難等について、当施設は一切責任を負いません。
貴重品はお客様ご自身で管理してください。

The property is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or theft during your stay.
Guests are responsible for their own valuables.

11. トラブル・緊急時 / Emergencies

設備不具合やトラブルが発生した場合は速やかにご連絡ください。
緊急連絡先はハウスマニュアルに記載されています。

12. 強制退去 / Termination

本規約に違反した場合、または近隣トラブルが発生した場合、
即時退去していただく場合があります。

その場合、宿泊料金の返金は一切行いません。
